Designed as a drop off option to ease the burden at your next get together.

Whether you're on a cruiser in the broadwater or in an appartment watching in the GC 600 race, you can mix and match the platters to suit everyone's needs.

Starter Platters

Grilled and marinated Eggplant, Zucchini, Capsicums, Onions, Marinated Olives, Tasty Cheese,
Camembert and Blue, assorted salami's served with Bread Sticks and Crackers.

Traditional Hummus, Guacamole, Tomato Salsa, Char Grilled Vegetable Salsa served
with crudités and dippers

Meat Platters

COLD CUTS $80 + gst
Mustard Crusted Rib Fillet, Succulent Leg Ham, Home Style Corned Beef, Continental Sausages
& Salamis with all the relishes and mustards to compliment your this selection.

CHICKEN $75 + gst
Moroccan Crusted Chicken Breast, Tandoori Roasted Drum Sticks, Traditional Honey Soy
& Garlic Chicken Wings served with Citrus Aoili. Ready to eat cold, or warmed up in your oven.

SEAFOOD PLATTER $150.00 + gst
A Selection of fresh Australian Prawns, Pacific Oysters, Tasmanian Smoked Salmon,
Marinated Muscles with loads of lemon and dipping sauces.

Selection of home baked brownies, cup cakes, shortbreads, and chocolate éclairs.
